Name Fields

Enter names in both sets of name fields. If you don’t use a pen name, enter your name twice.

File Upload Info

Clicking an “Upload” button opens a file explorer window. Navigate to the location where you save the Word document, click on it and then click the button labeled “Open.” Do the same to upload the author photo and cover.

Can’t Upload?

If your photo or book cover image is too large to upload, submit the form without them. You can email your images to ssbookfestival@gmail.com after you receive your confirmation.
