2026 Author Exhibit Space Registration

Registration includes:

  • Exhibit space to sell books on Saturday. One half of a six-foot table, chair, and tablecloth provided 
  • Author photo, book cover image, and link to your website on the Sunshine State Book Festival “Meet the Authors” page. See what “Looks Best” below
  • Author’s listing featuring a headshot and 50 word bio in the festival program
  • An invitation to Friday night’s reception with appetizers and non-alcoholic drinks
  • Free Saturday morning breakfast of pastries and coffee or tea for registered authors
  • Free lunch for authors after noon Saturday (Sorry spouses are not included in the free lunch.)
  • Exhibitor fee: $65

Registration Instructions

Important: Registration is a two-step process that must be completed in a single session. Once you make your secure credit card payment, you must finish the registration form and click the Submit button. 

You cannot leave midway and come back later.

  1. Make sure you have your credit card, 50-word author bio, photo, and book cover image ready.
  2. Click the Pay Now button. 
  3. Pay using a credit card or your PayPal account. 
  4. When the payment transaction is complete, click the “Return to Merchant” option once and wait for the registration form to load.
  5. The registration-form page will appear. Fill in the fields, upload author bio, photo, and cover image, then click the Submit button. If your files are too large to upload, click Submit, and then email them as attachments to the festival registrar.
  6. Check your email. You will receive a payment receipt from PayPal and a confirmation message from the festival registrar. If you don’t see a confirmation email, check your spam folder.

What Looks Best

A headshot portrait with an uncluttered background will yield the best author photo. For your book cover, upload only one image of the front cover. No spine, back cover, 3D view, or sets.

File specifications

Cover and headshot must be jpg format. Maximum file size is 1 MB each.
Check the size of files before beginning registration. If they fail to upload, email them to the festival registrar after submitting your form.
